Ingredients

• 1.8 oz amaretto
• 2.7 oz simple syrup
• 7.1 oz heavy cream
• 4.4 oz whole milk
• 32 oz water

Method

1. Pour water, heavy cream, and whole milk into the machine bowl.
2. Add simple syrup and amaretto; stir gently to combine.
3. Fill to the MAX FILL line (should be ~54 oz total).
4. Select Frozen Cocktail mode and start the freeze cycle (45–60 minutes).
5. Serve in chilled glasses when fully frozen and slushy.

Garnish: Crushed almonds on rim
