Ingredients

• 15.4 oz fresh strawberries (hulled, halved)
• 23 oz 7UP or Sprite
• 5.8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.9 oz simple syrup
• 1.9 oz water

Method

1. Blend strawberries until smooth; strain through fine mesh to remove seeds.
2. Combine strawberry puree, 7UP, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in a measuring pitcher.
3. Pour into FS300 vessel up to the MAX FILL line (48 oz).
4. Select Slush mode and start; machine will freeze and churn for ~12–15 minutes until slushy consistency is reached.

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
