Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh lemon juice (or 20 oz bottled, pre-chilled)
- 16 oz strawberry puree or strained fresh strawberries (pre-chilled)
- 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio, cooled)
- 12 oz water (cold or ice-cold)
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use.
- Pour lemon juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup, water, and salt into the Ninja Slushi pitcher.
- Stir well to combine — ensure simple syrup is fully dissolved.
- Set the machine to Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
- Wait 35-45 minutes — slush is ready when the auger churning sound deepens and texture is thick but pourable.
Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
