Strawberry Sunrise (Low-Sugar Vegan): a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 7 ingredients, 6 servings.

Ingredients
- 32 oz strawberry juice (or fresh strawberries blended and strained)
- 16 oz water (pre-chilled)
- 8 oz unsweetened apple juice (pre-chilled)
- 1.5 tbsp allulose
- 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Blend fresh strawberries if using whole fruit, then strain through fine mesh to remove pulp; or use bottled strawberry juice.
- In a pitcher, dissolve allulose and maple syrup in 4 oz warm water, then add remaining water and all juices. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Pre-chill mixture in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour blended mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you should have ~57 oz total).
- Set machine to Slush mode and press start. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until mixture reaches slush consistency and auger churn slows.
- Dispense into cups and serve immediately.
