Serves 7 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and blended smooth
- 16 oz fresh watermelon, blended smooth
- 14 oz coconut water
- 4 oz tequila (40% ABV)
- 12 oz water
- 2 tbsp simple syrup (1 oz)
Method
- Blend strawberries and watermelon until completely smooth; strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a separate container, dissolve simple syrup in 2 oz warm water, then chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Pour strained fruit puree, coconut water, tequila, syrup mixture, and remaining water into the Ninja Slushi pitcher. Total should reach the 59 oz mark (well below the 64 oz max fill line).
- Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until the sound of the auger changes pitch—sign the slush is ready.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
