Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh strawberry puree (or frozen strawberries, thawed)
• 16 oz fresh lemon juice
• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 20 oz tequila (silver or blanco)
• 16 oz simple syrup
• 12 oz water

Method

1. Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, and lime juice in a blender; puree until smooth.
2. Pour strawberry-citrus mixture into the FS601 bowl.
3. Add tequila, simple syrup, and water; stir well to combine.
4. Select Spiked Slush mode and start the cycle.
5. Serve when frozen, about 20–25 minutes.
