Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 8 oz prosecco (or dry sparkling wine)
- 3 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz Grand Marnier or Cointreau
- 4 oz water
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Combine orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, water, and sea salt in a mixing vessel and stir until syrup dissolves.
- Add prosecco and Grand Marnier; stir gently to preserve carbonation.
- Pour into FS605 Max to the MAX FILL line (~68 oz total).
- Select Frozen Cocktail mode and freeze 50–60 minutes until slushy, stirring once halfway through if machine allows.
- Serve in chilled coupe glasses.
Garnish: Orange wheel with a candied ginger stick
