Ingredients
- 16 oz coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
- 12 oz whole milk or half-and-half
- 8 oz sweetened coconut cream
- 4 oz vanilla syrup (or 2 tbsp vanilla extract + 3 tbsp simple syrup)
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 14 oz cold water
- 1 tsp toasted coconut flakes (optional garnish prep)
Method
- Pour coconut milk, whole milk, coconut cream, vanilla syrup, and heavy cream into a blender and pulse until smooth and well-combined.
- Add cold water and stir to combine. Pour entire mixture into the FS301 pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set the machine to Frappé mode and start the freeze cycle.
- Wait 35–45 minutes until the mixture reaches a creamy, scoopable slush consistency (you'll hear the motor pitch change).
- Dispense into glasses and serve immediately with a toasted coconut flake garnish.
