Ingredients
- 24 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
- 16 oz coconut water (pre-chilled)
- 16 oz water
- 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- pinch of salt
Method
- Combine pineapple juice, coconut water, water, simple syrup, lime juice, and salt in a pitcher and stir well.
- Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set the machine to Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
- Slush will be ready in 30–40 minutes when the motor pitch changes; dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge or toasted coconut rim
