Ingredients
- 12 oz coconut rum (Bacardi or Malibu)
- 20 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- 16 oz coconut cream (Coco Lopez)
- 8 oz fresh lime juice
- 28 oz water
- 16 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
- 0.5 oz dark rum float (optional, for depth)
Method
- Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher; stir until smooth.
- Add coconut rum and water; stir well to distribute evenly.
- Pour entire mixture into FS605 vessel (fills to ~108 oz).
- Select Spiked Slush Max and run full cycle (~18–22 min).
- Serve immediately; float 0.5 oz dark rum on top of each glass if desired.
Garnish: Toasted coconut rim + pineapple wedge
