Tropical Lime Sprite Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 5 ingredients, 6 servings.
Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 16 oz fresh pineapple juice (juiced and strained)
- 4 oz fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes, strained)
- 32 oz Sprite or 7UP
- 8 oz water
- 2 tbsp simple syrup (optional, if extra sweetness desired)
Method
- Juice the pineapple and limes, then strain through a fine mesh to remove pulp and seeds.
- In a separate container, combine pineapple juice, lime juice, Sprite, and water. Stir well to decarbonate the soda slightly (let it sit 2-3 minutes while stirring, or stir vigorously for 30 seconds).
- If using simple syrup, dissolve it into the mix and stir thoroughly. Pre-chill the entire mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
- Set the machine to Slush mode and press start. Slush will be ready in 35-45 minutes when the auger churn pitch changes.
Garnish: Lime wheel or pineapple wedge
