• 47 oz pineapple juice
• 23.5 oz coconut cream (Coco Lopez or similar)
• 15.7 oz water
• 7.8 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz oz fresh lime juice

Method

1. Pour pineapple juice, coconut cream, water, simple syrup, and lime juice into the FS601 vessel.
2. Stir well to combine and ensure coconut cream is fully incorporated.
3. Select SlushAssist mode and press start — the machine will auto-detect and optimize freezing.
4. Once frozen (typically 25-30 minutes), stir with a spoon to break up ice crystals.
