Ingredients

• VESSEL A — Creamy Vanilla Base:
• 24 oz heavy cream
• 12 oz whole milk
• 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• VESSEL B — Vanilla Custard Swirl:
• 20 oz whole milk
• 16 oz heavy cream
• 6 oz egg custard base (or 4 oz evaporated milk + 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp honey

Method

1. Pre-chill all dairy ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. In a blender, combine Vessel A ingredients (cream, milk, condensed milk, vanilla). Blend until smooth and fully combined. Pour into LEFT pitcher up to the 48 oz max-fill line.
3. In a separate container, whisk together Vessel B ingredients (milk, cream, custard base, vanilla, honey) until custard is fully dissolved and creamy. Pour into RIGHT pitcher up to the 48 oz max-fill line.
4. Set both vessels to SlushAssist. Start the machine and wait 15–20 minutes. Both vessels freeze in parallel.
5. When the machine signals ready (pitch change), use the dual-dispense handle to pour both flavors together into a glass for the classic vanilla-swirl twist, or pull each side separately.
6. Stir gently if desired and serve immediately.

Garnish: Vanilla wafer cookie or whipped cream on rim
