Ingredients
- 64 oz fresh watermelon juice (or high-quality frozen watermelon puree, thawed)
- 24 oz fresh lime juice
- 16 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, cooled)
- 8 oz fresh basil simple syrup (steep 8-10 basil leaves in 4 oz simple syrup, strain, cool)
- Ice to fill vessel to 112 oz line
Method
- Combine watermelon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and basil simple syrup in a large pitcher and chill for 15 minutes.
- Pour liquid mixture into the FS605 Max vessel up to the 112 oz fill line, then top with ice.
- Select Slush mode and run the machine for 18-22 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Garnish: Fresh basil leaf and lime wheel
