Ingredients
- 16 oz fresh watermelon juice (juiced and strained)
- 8 oz fresh strawberry juice (juiced and strained)
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 24 oz club soda (decarbonated — let sit open 15 min or stir vigorously)
- 8 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz water
Method
- Juice the watermelon, strawberry, and lime; strain each through a fine mesh to remove pulp.
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon juice, strawberry juice, lime juice, simple syrup, water, and decarbonated club soda — stir well.
- Pour mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
- Set machine to Slush mode and freeze for 35–45 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush reaches desired thickness.
- Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Watermelon wedge or fresh strawberry
