Ingredients

• 32 oz Welch's White Grape Peach Juice
• 8 oz pineapple juice
• 6 oz cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez)
• 8 oz Hennessy VS
• 4 oz coconut rum (e.g. Malibu)
• 2 oz peach schnapps
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2-4 oz cold water, if needed to adjust consistency

Method

1. Chill all ingredients before mixing.
2. Whisk the cream of coconut until smooth.
3. Combine everything in a pitcher and stir thoroughly.
4. Pour into the machine.
5. Select Spiked Slush mode and let the machine run.
6. If the slush isn't freezing firmly enough, reduce the Hennessy to 6 oz or increase the juice slightly, keeping total volume about the same.

Garnish: Toasted coconut flakes on the rim, fresh peach slice, pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry
