Ingredients

• 24 oz cold brew coffee (chilled)
• 16 oz whole milk (chilled)
• 12 oz Autocrat coffee syrup
• 8 oz heavy cream (chilled)
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1)

Method

1. Chill all ingredients in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use.
2. Pour cold brew coffee, milk, Autocrat syrup, heavy cream, and simple syrup into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, stopping at the max fill line (64 oz).
3. Set machine to Frappé mode and press start.
4. Freeze for 35–50 minutes until the motor pitch changes and slush reaches desired thickness.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Whipped cream and a drizzle of Autocrat syrup
