Ingredients

• 6 oz bourbon whiskey
• 18 oz cola (decarbonated)
• 32 oz water
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Decarbonate the cola by pouring into a bowl and stirring vigorously for 1 minute, or let sit open for 15 minutes.
2. In a separate container, combine simple syrup, lime juice, and salt; stir until salt dissolves.
3. Pour bourbon, decarbonated cola, water, and syrup mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start.
5. Freeze for 45–55 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the churn sound becomes deeper.
