Ingredients

VESSEL A — Bourbon Base:
3 oz bourbon whiskey
12 oz cola (flat)
8 oz fresh lime juice
6 oz simple syrup
1 oz water
VESSEL B — Cola Refresh:
18 oz cola (flat)
12 oz ginger beer
6 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz simple syrup
2 oz water

Method

Decarbonate both cola and ginger beer by stirring vigorously or letting sit uncovered for 5 min.
Dissolve simple syrup in warm water (2 tbsp per oz in a small bowl), then cool to room temperature.
Pour Vessel A mix (bourbon + flat cola + lime + syrup + water) into the LEFT pitcher — total ~30 oz.
Pour Vessel B mix (flat cola + ginger beer + lime + syrup + water) into the RIGHT pitcher — total ~42 oz.
Set both vessels to SlushAssist. Start the machine and wait 15–20 min until both reach slush consistency.
Use the dual-dispense handle for a twisted pour: bourbon-cola (left) swirled with ginger-cola (right). Or pull each side separately.
