Ingredients

• 24 oz cherry juice (or cherry-cranberry blend)
• 16 oz cola (decarbonated — let sit open 20 min or stir vigorously)
• 8 oz bourbon (40% ABV)
• 8 oz fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water)
• 4 oz water

Method

1. Decarbonate the cola by letting it sit open for 20 minutes or stirring vigorously for 2 minutes.
2. In a pitcher, combine cherry juice, decarbonated cola, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water.
3. Stir well to combine and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes if possible.
4. Pour into the Ninja SLUSHi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
5. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and run for 40–50 minutes until the slush reaches desired consistency.

Garnish: Cherry or lemon wheel
