Bright Lime Low-Sugar Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi. 6 ingredients, 6 servings.
Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi
Ingredients
- 24 oz fresh lime juice (about 12-14 limes, strained)
- 16 oz filtered water
- 2 tbsp allulose (for freeze-point depression)
- 1.5 tbsp agave syrup (adds minimal carbs + freeze control)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (enhances perceived sweetness)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp lime zest for garnish prep
Method
- Juice limes fresh and strain through fine mesh to remove pulp; chill juice in fridge for 20 minutes.
- In a measuring cup, dissolve allulose and agave syrup in 4 oz warm water, then cool to room temperature (about 3 minutes).
- Combine chilled lime juice, remaining 12 oz cold water, sweetener mixture, and sea salt in the Ninja Slushi pitcher (total: 52 oz, well below 64 oz max).
- Set machine to **Slush** mode and initiate freeze cycle.
- Wait 35–45 minutes; slush is ready when the machine's churn sound deepens. Dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Lime wheel with salt rim
