Ingredients

• 16 oz fresh orange juice (from ~4 medium oranges, strained)
• 6 oz light rum
• 4 oz vodka
• 2 oz tequila
• 28 oz water
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar/water, pre-made or dissolved)

Method

1. Juice the oranges and strain through a fine sieve to remove pulp.
2. In a large jug, combine orange juice, rum, vodka, tequila, water, and simple syrup. Stir well.
3. Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes if possible.
4. Pour into the Ninja SLUSHi pitcher to the 60 oz max fill line.
5. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode. Wait 40–50 minutes until the auger pitch changes; slush is ready.

Garnish: Orange wheel or candied orange slice
