Dark & Citrus Rum Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 5 ingredients, 6 servings.

Ingredients

• 24 oz cola (decarbonated)
• 16 oz fresh lime juice
• 12 oz dark rum (40% ABV)
• 8 oz simple syrup (1:1)
• 4 oz water

Method

1. Decarbonate cola by pouring into a bowl and stirring vigorously for 2 minutes; let sit 5 minutes.
2. Combine decarbonated cola, lime juice, dark rum, simple syrup, and water in a pitcher.
3. Stir well to blend. Pre-chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes if possible.
4. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
5. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode. Freeze for 40-50 minutes until slush texture is reached.
6. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.
