Ingredients

• 4 oz Malibu rum
• 8 oz pineapple juice
• 6 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 12 oz water
• 8 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz blue curaçao (optional float)

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into the machine bowl in order listed, up to the MAX FILL line.
2. Select Frozen Cocktail mode and start the cycle.
3. Freeze for 50–60 minutes until slushy consistency is reached.
4. Stir gently with a spoon to break up any ice chunks, then serve immediately.
5. Garnish each cup with a lime wheel and toasted coconut rim if desired.
