Coconut Vodka Slush: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS300 (48oz mix). 5 ingredients, 5 servings.

Ingredients

• 12 oz vodka
• 20 oz Sprite or 7UP
• 8 oz coconut cream (or 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut steeped 30 min in 8 oz water, then strained)
• 6 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz fresh lime juice or water (to reach target volume)

Method

1. Combine vodka, Sprite, coconut liquid, and simple syrup in a bowl or pitcher.
2. Stir until fully blended. Check total volume is 48 oz or less.
3. Pour into FS300 vessel up to the MAX FILL line.
4. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start.
5. Serve when frozen and slushy (20–25 min).

Garnish: Toasted coconut flake rim
