Ingredients

• 12 oz mango nectar
• 12 oz peach nectar
• 8 oz dry white wine (e.g. Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
• 12 oz water
• 3 tbsp simple syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Method

1. Combine mango nectar, peach nectar, water, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
3. Add white wine and stir gently to blend.
4. Pour into FS300 vessel up to the max fill line (48 oz).
5. Select 'Spiked Slush' mode and run until desired consistency.

Garnish: Peach slice and fresh mint sprig
