Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh orange juice (squeezed and strained)
- 8 oz coconut milk (full-fat, pre-blended with 4 oz warm water)
- 32 oz water
- 4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or dissolved)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Squeeze oranges to yield 12 oz juice; strain through fine mesh to remove pulp.
- Warm 4 oz water, whisk in the full-fat coconut milk until smooth and lump-free; let cool to room temperature.
- Combine orange juice, coconut milk mixture, 32 oz water, simple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir well.
- Pre-chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you should be at ~56 oz total).
- Set machine to Frappé mode and run for 40–50 minutes until slush consistency is reached.
- Dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Orange wheel or coconut flake rim
