Ingredients

• 6 oz dark rum (80 proof)
• 2 oz Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)
• 2 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
• 4 oz heavy cream
• 8 oz coconut cream
• 12 oz whole milk
• 16 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
• 8 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz light corn syrup

Method

1. Pre-chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Pour rum, Kahlúa, and Creme de Cacao into the pitcher.
3. Add heavy cream, coconut cream, and whole milk; stir gently to combine.
4. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and corn syrup; stir well.
5. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz MAX FILL line.
6. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
7. Freeze for 45–60 minutes until slush consistency is reached.
8. Dispense and serve immediately.
