Ingredients

• 24 oz London dry gin
• 24 oz Campari
• 24 oz sweet vermouth
• 20 oz fresh lemon juice
• 16 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz Angostura bitters
• 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec)

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into the FS605 Max vessel in order listed.
2. Select Spiked Slush Max mode and press start — machine will auto-detect and optimize freeze cycle.
3. Cycle completes in 18–22 minutes; machine alerts when ready.
4. Stir with a wooden spoon to break any ice crystals, then dispense into chilled coupe glasses.
5. Serve immediately over fresh ice if desired.
