Ingredients

• 24 oz light rum
• 32 oz fresh lime juice
• 28 oz simple syrup
• 24 oz cold water
• 4 oz fresh ginger syrup

Method

1. Combine light rum, lime juice, simple syrup, ginger syrup, and cold water in the FS605 Max bowl.
2. Select Spiked Slush Max mode and press Start—machine will auto-detect and freeze in approximately 15–18 minutes.
3. When complete, dispense into chilled coupe glasses.
4. Top with a lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
