Ingredients
- 6 oz gin
- 16 oz fresh lemon juice (or 14 oz bottled, freshly squeezed preferred)
- 8 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or dissolved)
- 26 oz tonic water (decarbonated — let sit open 15 min or stir vigorously)
- 8 oz water (cold, for dilution and freeze balance)
Method
- Decarbonate the tonic water by letting it sit uncovered for 15 minutes or stirring vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, tonic water, and cold water in a pitcher and stir well.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi vessel up to the 64 oz max fill line (you'll have ~64 oz total).
- Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and press start.
- Slush will be ready in 35–45 minutes — listen for the churn to slow; dispense and serve immediately.
Garnish: Lemon wheel or sprig of fresh rosemary
