Hawaiian Lava Flow: a slushie recipe for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix). 6 ingredients, 7 servings.

Ingredients

• 16 oz pineapple juice (pre-chilled)
• 12 oz coconut cream (Coco Lopez or similar, pre-chilled)
• 8 oz fresh lime juice (or bottled, pre-chilled)
• 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, cooled)
• 8 oz water (cold)
• 4 oz grenadine syrup

Method

1. Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, and cold water in a pitcher and stir until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, filling to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
3. Drizzle grenadine around the inside wall of the pitcher for a lava-flow effect (it will swirl during freezing).
4. Set the machine to Slush mode and start the cycle.
5. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency. Dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge with a maraschino cherry
