Ingredients

• 16 oz pineapple juice
• 12 oz coconut cream (Coco López or equivalent)
• 16 oz cranberry juice
• 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or cooled)
• 8 oz water

Method

1. Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before mixing.
2. Pour pineapple juice, coconut cream, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and water into the Ninja Slushi pitcher in that order — stop at the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
3. Set the machine to Slush mode and press start.
4. Wait 35–50 minutes until you hear the auger churn change pitch — the mix will be thick and scoopable.
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a straw.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge + maraschino cherry skewer
