Ingredients

• 6 oz vodka
• 16 oz fresh lemon juice (or bottled, unsweetened)
• 24 oz water
• 10 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, prepared ahead)
• 2 oz lime juice

Method

1. Prepare 10 oz simple syrup by dissolving 5 oz sugar in 5 oz hot water; chill completely in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Pour all chilled ingredients into the Ninja Slushi pitcher, staying below the 64 oz max fill line.
3. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start the freeze cycle.
4. Freeze for 35–50 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency and the motor sound changes pitch.
5. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lemon wheel or fresh mint sprig
