Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh lemon juice (or bottled, pre-chilled)
• 16 oz vodka
• 12 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, cooled)
• 12 oz water (cold)
• 1 tbsp honey (optional, for texture)

Method

1. Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, water, and honey in a pitcher and stir until fully mixed.
2. Add vodka and stir gently to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line (you'll have approximately 60 oz total).
4. Set the machine to Spiked Slush mode and press start.
5. Wait 35–45 minutes until the mixture reaches slush consistency (you'll hear the auger churn change pitch).
6. Dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Lemon wheel or fresh mint sprig
