Ingredients
- 16 oz cold brew coffee (pre-chilled)
- 8 oz half-and-half or heavy cream (cold)
- 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 1 oz vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder (dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water, then cooled)
Method
- Dissolve instant espresso powder in 1 tbsp hot water, then cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Combine cold brew coffee, half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and cooled espresso powder in a measuring pitcher. Stir well to combine.
- Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the max fill line (64 oz).
- Set machine to Frappé mode and start. Machine will reach slush consistency in 35–45 minutes.
- When the churn sound changes pitch, dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Cocoa powder rim and a vanilla wafer
