Ingredients

• 24 oz cranberry juice
• 8 oz fresh peach purée (2 medium peaches, blended smooth)
• 6 oz vodka
• 4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
• 2 oz water
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

1. Blend 2 medium peaches until completely smooth; strain through fine mesh to remove pulp. Measure 8 oz purée.
2. Combine cranberry juice, peach purée, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water in a bowl. Stir until syrup fully dissolves.
3. Add vodka and bitters; stir thoroughly. Pour into Ninja Slushi pitcher to 64 oz max fill line.
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode. Freeze for 40-50 minutes until slush texture forms and auger pitch changes.
5. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Candied peach slice + rosemary sprig
