Ingredients

• 6 oz pear puree (or pear nectar)
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Chambord (black raspberry liqueur)
• 4 oz simple syrup
• 6 oz ginger beer
• 4 oz sparkling water

Method

1. Combine pear puree, vodka, lemon juice, Chambord, and simple syrup in a bowl.
2. Stir until fully blended, then top with ginger beer and sparkling water.
3. Pour into slushie machine bowl up to the max fill line.
4. Select Frozen Cocktail mode and run until slush forms (45–60 minutes).
5. Serve and garnish with a thin pear slice or candied ginger.
