Ingredients

16 oz fresh pineapple juice (juiced and strained)
12 oz coconut milk (canned, full-fat)
8 oz sweetened condensed milk
16 oz pineapple juice (store-bought, pre-chilled)
8 oz coconut cream
4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water)

Method

Juice fresh pineapple, strain through fine mesh to remove pulp; chill for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chilled pineapple juice, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, store-bought pineapple juice, coconut cream, and simple syrup until smooth.
Pour blended mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the MAX FILL line (64 oz).
Set machine to Frappé mode and start.
Freeze for 40–50 minutes until slush consistency is reached; dispense and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge + toasted coconut flake rim
