Ingredients
- 16 oz strawberry juice (fresh or bottled, unsweetened)
- 12 oz coconut milk (lite or full-fat)
- 28 oz water (filtered or tap)
- 6 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar-to-water, pre-made or dissolved)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, enhances coconut)
Method
- If using fresh strawberries, juice or blend and strain through fine mesh to remove pulp.
- Combine strawberry juice, coconut milk, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher and stir well until syrup is fully dissolved.
- Optional: chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes before pouring.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the 64 oz max fill line.
- Set machine to Slush mode and start. Slush will be ready in 35–45 minutes when the churn sound becomes lighter and raspier.
- Dispense into cups and serve immediately.
Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice or toasted coconut flake
