Ingredients

• 32 oz strawberry juice (or fresh strawberries blended smooth)
• 24 oz whole milk
• 16 oz heavy cream
• 20 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water, chilled)
• 12 oz water
• 0.5 oz vanilla extract

Method

1. Chill all ingredients to at least 40°F before starting.
2. Pour strawberry juice, milk, heavy cream, simple syrup, water, and vanilla extract into the FS605 Max vessel.
3. Select Slush mode and press start. Machine will freeze in approximately 18–22 minutes.
4. Once cycle completes, scoop into serving cups immediately.
5. Serve with a spoon or wide straw.

Garnish: Fresh strawberry slice on rim
