Ingredients

6 oz silver tequila
2 oz Tequila Rose liqueur
4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
3 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz simple syrup
1 oz Campari (bitter modifier)
32 oz club soda or plain water
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
0.16 oz allulose, powdered

Method

Combine tequila, Tequila Rose, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Campari in a mixing glass with ice. Stir 10 seconds to chill and integrate.
Strain into the Ninja Slushi pitcher and top with club soda. Stir gently.
Pour in salt, stir once more.
Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 45–55 minutes until you hear the motor pitch change.
Dispense into chilled coupe glasses and serve immediately.
