Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 8 oz gin
• 6 oz fresh lime juice
• 4 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz egg white (or aquafaba for vegan)
• 28 oz cold water

Method

1. Combine pineapple juice, gin, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and cold water in a blender and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to aerate the egg white.
2. Pour the mixture into the FS305CO bowl up to the MAX FILL line (72 oz).
3. Select Spiked Slush mode and press start.
4. Freeze for 50–70 minutes until slushy and semi-frozen.
5. Scoop into chilled glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge and candied ginger.
