Ingredients

• 24 oz fresh pineapple juice (freshly juiced or strained)
• 16 oz water
• 8 oz pineapple-mango juice blend
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• pinch of sea salt

Method

1. Juice the fresh pineapple and strain through a fine mesh to remove pulp; chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice, water, pineapple-mango juice, honey, lime juice, and salt. Stir well until honey dissolves completely.
3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi pitcher up to the max fill line (64 oz).
4. Set the machine to Slush mode and press start. Freeze for 35–45 minutes until the mixture reaches a smooth, scoopable slush consistency.
5. Dispense into cups and serve immediately with fun straws or spoons.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge or colorful straw
