Ingredients
- 24 oz root beer (decarbonated)
- 16 oz heavy cream
- 12 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz vanilla syrup
- 4 oz water (pre-chilled)
Method
- Pour root beer into a tall glass and stir vigorously for 2 minutes to release carbonation, or let sit open for 20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla syrup until smooth.
- Combine decarbonated root beer with cream mixture and cold water in the Ninja Slushi pitcher.
- Set machine to Frappé mode and start. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until slushy and creamy.
- Dispense into serving cups and enjoy with a spoon.
Garnish: Whipped cream and a cherry
