Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)
Ingredients
- 32 oz root beer (decarbonated)
- 16 oz vanilla ice cream or vanilla soft serve (thawed to pourable consistency)
- 8 oz vodka
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz corn syrup (optional, for scoopable texture)
Method
- Let root beer sit open for 15 minutes or stir vigorously for 1 minute to release carbonation.
- Thaw vanilla ice cream at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until pourable (not melted).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together thawed ice cream, heavy cream, and simple syrup until smooth.
- Pour decarbonated root beer, ice cream mixture, vodka, and corn syrup (if using) into the Ninja Slushi pitcher. Do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line.

- Dispense into chilled glasses and top with a whipped cream dollop.
