Serves 6 · Sized for Ninja SLUSHi FS301 (64oz mix)

Ingredients

Method

  1. Let root beer sit open for 15 minutes or stir vigorously for 1 minute to release carbonation.
  2. Thaw vanilla ice cream at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until pourable (not melted).
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together thawed ice cream, heavy cream, and simple syrup until smooth.
  4. Pour decarbonated root beer, ice cream mixture, vodka, and corn syrup (if using) into the Ninja Slushi pitcher. Do not exceed the 64 oz max fill line.
  5. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and freeze for 40–50 minutes. Slush is ready when the motor pitch changes and mixture reaches soft-serve consistency.
  6. Dispense into chilled glasses and top with a whipped cream dollop.

Garnish: Whipped cream and a cherry
