Ingredients
- 8 oz cold brew coffee (chilled, or espresso cooled to room temp)
- 3 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 0.5 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz heavy cream (or cold half-and-half)
Method
- Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use.
- Pour cold brew coffee, vodka, Baileys, Kahlúa, simple syrup, and lemon juice into the Ninja Slushi pitcher.
- Gently stir in the heavy cream until combined (do not vigorously mix).
- Fill to the max fill line (64 oz mark) and set machine to Spiked Slush mode.
- Freeze for 45–55 minutes until the consistency shifts from liquid to thick slush; dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish: Cocoa powder dusted rim and 3 espresso beans
