Ingredients

• 16 oz fresh pineapple juice (strain pulp)
• 32 oz Sprite or 7UP
• 12 oz dark rum (40% ABV)
• 4 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar:water, pre-made or dissolved)

Method

1. Juice fresh pineapple and strain out all pulp — you need 16 oz clear juice.
2. Mix pineapple juice, Sprite, simple syrup, and dark rum in a pitcher and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start — expect slush consistency in 35–45 minutes.
5. When the motor pitch changes and slush forms, dispense into glasses and serve immediately.

Garnish: Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry
