Ingredients

• 6 oz dark rum
• 16 oz fresh lime juice (or bottled, unsweetened)
• 8 oz water
• 2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 tbsp allulose (or 1 tbsp simple syrup + 0.5 tbsp allulose)
• 1 tsp agave syrup
• Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. In a separate bowl, whisk together allulose, agave syrup, and salt until dissolved; stir into water until fully incorporated.
2. Combine rum, lime juice, lemon juice, and the sweetened water in a pitcher and stir well.
3. Pour mixture into Ninja Slushi pitcher (do not exceed 64 oz max fill line).
4. Set machine to Spiked Slush mode and start freeze cycle.
5. Freeze for 40–50 minutes until slush reaches desired consistency; dispense and serve immediately.
