Ingredients

• 23 oz Campari
• 23 oz sweet vermouth
• 23 oz London Dry gin
• 15.4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 7.7 oz simple syrup
• 3.8 oz water

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into the FS601 reservoir up to the 96 oz max fill line.
2. Select Spiked Slush Max mode and start the cycle.
3. Once frozen to slush consistency (8–12 min), dispense into coupe glasses.
4. Stir gently before serving to ensure even texture.
